Jack van Lent is a Brooklyn, NY based visual artist. After receiving a BFA from Parsons School of Design in 2023, he has continued to expand and explore his aesthetic and conceptual practice, while honing his technical craft.  His current work is an exploration of how representation, symbolism, and the graphic and textural possibilities of paint and other visual media can be used to create subjects, scenes, and worlds that are at once vibrant and subdued, contemporary and timeless.
